Appointments & 工作人员

At this time services are being provided both face to face or via teletherapy. The office does remain open during regular office hours (M-F, 8-4:30) and we can assist you with making an appointment or addressing a mental health emergency.

Four ways to start services:

  1. Come by the office and step inside to complete paperwork and get an appointment scheduled. Or scan the QR code outside our office to complete the Intake form and then someone will contact you about scheduling an appointment.

  2. Call the office at 812-888-4374 to talk to us about setting up an appointment. Leave a message if we are not available and we will call you back.

  3. Contact us at Counseling@trivoga.net to request a counseling appointment and we will contact you to get you started!

  4. Complete the Client Intake Form.

Walk-in appointments may be accepted on an emergency basis.

If a client is unable to attend a scheduled appointment, he or she is requested to call the Counseling Center and cancel as early as possible so that we can make that time available to others. 教师 and 工作人员 of the university can also assist a student in making an initial contact to the Counseling Center.
